Regular visits to the property to check that all is in order, to air the rooms and confirm pool and garden services are up to standard - once on every two weeks in the summer season and once a month in the winter season
Monthly reports, submitted by e-mail, including dates of visits to the property along with a check-list from the visit and photographs of pool and garden
