- Annual submission of company records to accountant. This includes payment of accountant for his services in dealing with a non active company. If you are actually using your company to trade, you will be responsible for higher fees
- Regular visits to the property to check that all is in order, to air the rooms and confirm pool and garden services are up to standard - once on every two weeks in the summer season and once a month in the winter season
- Monthly reports, submitted by e-mail, including dates of visits to the property along with a check-list from the visit and photographs of pool and garden
- Emergency reports, when applicable
- Communication with neighbours
- Arranging payment of annual property tax
- Liasing with security company
- Dealing with utility bills/costs not included/
- Arranging car-rental
- Preparation of the house for the winter season
- Cleaning twice a year
- Preparation of the property upon arrival of the Owner
