Varna Property Care provides a wide range of services concerning Management and Maintenance of Holiday Complexes in Bulgaria. Our aims are to keep the building and common parts in perfect condition.
We will take care for the following instead of you:
- 24 hours armed/unarmed security for the complex;
- Daily control and general technical maintenance of common installations and equipments at the complex, according to the valid technical instructions, standards and regulations.
- Organization and execution of the sanitary service of the complex and common parts of the living spaces, including daily cleaning of stairs, corridors, lobbies; offices, grass plots, yards, parking places, common places for relaxation and entertainments (without transporting the garbage, which is an engagement of the municipality), according to the valid technical instructions, standards and regulations;
- Full support for the owners, ensuring their undisturbed stay and protecting their ownership rights in the apartments, as well as in the complex as a whole;
- Maintenance of the green vegetation and grass plots at the complex, according to the customary cares at such cases;
- Maintenance of the water equipments (swimming pool) of the complex, according to the valid sanitary instructions, standards and regulations;
- Appointing, training and daily control of assistance service staff for maintenance of all common parts of the complex;
- Arrangement of the external complex security:
- Supply the service staff with working clothes and transportation;
- Supply the maintenance of common parts with needful materials;
- Hiring of the third parties or companies when appropriate for the correct operation and maintenance of the complex.
- Winter preparation of common areas
- Preparation of reports on regular basis about the condition of the property, all the available systems and facilities upon prior request of the assigner;
- Preparation of statute book, consisting of internal rules and procedures and monitoring the compliance of the same by owners, tenants and guests in the building
- Monitor the proper functioning of the building;
- Maintenance and management of the reception.
